Submission Intake

We act as a trusted intermediary between verified M0 fund senders and approved receivers for the conversion of off-ledger capital into digital assets such as USDT via ERC-20 smart contract execution.
Our role is to protect both sender and receiver, ensuring all files are fully verified, correctly structured, and securely processed before any upload or transaction takes place.
⚠️ Upload access (API & wallet details) is only provided to genuine, complete submissions.
✅ What You Must Provide Before Access Is Granted:
Step 1: Finalised JSON File + WhatsApp Contact
- Structured in ERC-20 token format (e.g. USDT)
- Fund value clearly stated in native currency (EUR, USD, AED, etc.)
- Funds shown as grouped and converted to M1
- FX conversion method (or note live FX at time of contract)
- Endpoint and wallet may be listed as:
“TO BE PROVIDED AFTER VERIFICATION” - WhatsApp contact number must be included in the CIS
(This is mandatory as it streamlines communication and response time)
📌 Payment percentages are not required at this stage
These will be added once API and wallet details are inserted prior to upload.
Note: The maximum total payout to sender is capped at 20%
Step 2: CIS (Client Information Sheet)
- Sender’s full legal name or company
- Role (asset holder or authorised mandate)
- Contact details
- WhatsApp contact (if not already listed above)
- Proof of fund control (if available)
Step 3: Proof of File Readiness
- Screenshot of completed JSON file
Optional: SHA-256 or Keccak hash of the file - Black screen video (file readiness confirmation)

Step 4: Wallet Details
- USDT wallet address for sender
- Final percentages and payout structure will be confirmed only once API details are addedUSDT wallet address for sender

Daily Minimum 500 Million / Daily Maximum 5 Billion
This process is structured to protect both parties
No release codes are required or requested until:
- The receiver prepares and confirms the smart contract
- The sender is satisfied with the structure
- Final release codes will be provided securely by the sender after verification
🚫 Not Accepted:
- Incomplete or placeholder JSON files
- Speculative or demo submissions
- Requests without full CIS, black screen video, and file readiness
